No excuses, is a phrase most business’s own. In addition, one should use it in their personal lives. From not completing a task, under achieving in a goal to making mistakes in any form of life, we all make errors. It’s ok to make an error as long as one can admit these errors. It takes a lot of self-effort and courage to admit when one did something wrong, however that is the first step and the only way to fix the problem. For a mistake is only ok if the mistake is fixed, so as not to be done again. When one sees they are doing things wrong, messing up, fumbling around, take a step back, breathe and see what’s really happening. It’s all about accountability and owning up to your actions, its how all great things are formed and how all great people are accredited for their actions.
