The first thought of enjoying a Ghetto Burger from Ann’s Snack Bar was thrilling, so many reviews, i decided to stop by on this cold winter day, and got yelled at by Ann herself because I did not adhere to the house rules! Please Wait outside until seats are available!! What did I do that for?
Well, I waited outside, hesitant to stay because I got yelled at by Ann, reminded me of my late grandmother, who use to yell at us for opening the door or jumping in the house while she was making her Yeast Rolls!
Before I knew it, another patron joined me outside waiting in line to dine at the 8 seat snack bar! He said he was glad to be there early, because the line will get long soon!
He then looked at me and asked was this my first time here, and I replied “yes”. He then noted that I had the look that Ann had yelled at me, and all I could do is laugh. And he just reassured me that when I get my seat inside, it will be worth the wait and being scolded.
He was absolutely right!! I ordered my ghetto burger, made with two homemade all beef patties, seasoned with her special blend, onions, bacon, lettuce, tomato, beef chili, mustard and ketchup. And it was huge!
