Three of VAIG412 records have recently hit #1 in heavy rotation on 90.5 KSJS San Jose, California.
The name Vaig came from a portion of his father’s real name (as he mentions, not in a good way), And being told he has a vague type of personality. So he decided to get back at his father through his stage name and remind him of the lost time growing up. Right now, with the intoxicating , creative process of his current album, VAIG 412 feels like he’s making some of his best music ever. “I feel that people pick up on when an artist is being real or just following the lead. When they know you’re being genuine and just letting your artist speak for itself you gain loyal listeners because they relate” Vaig 412 says.
VAIG 412 current goal, is to continue to gain loyal fans and perform at venues that will expose others to his amazing assortment of music. “I’ve always wanted a record deal, but at this moment, I love what I’m doing, and I’m putting my focus on the fans, and most of all my music”. “My upcoming album is entitled “True To My Word” with production from mostly hometown producers (Arson Amazing, Nesia Beatz, J Steez, Mysterious, with the exceptions being Rob Cuts from Jersey, Idasa Tariq from New York, and Wise Beatz from North Carolina”. “I plan to release this album late spring/early summer with a video for my current single “GLIDE” in the making”.
