Lessons learned, as a startup founder: Don’t let a lack of creativity mire you in mediocrity. Everyone has it in them, we just need to figure out how to tap into it.

In fact, creativity isn’t elusive at all.  We’ve been conditioned, from a very young age, to believe that some people are born creative and others are not.  That creativity is innate.  Even the dictionary definition of creativity allows us to inadvertently perpetuate the myth.  The first listed definition for creativity is “the quality of being creative”, which lends itself right into our conditioned belief that creativity is exclusive.  The second listing is the more appropriate definition- “the ability to create”.  No matter how you look at it, that defines us all, in one way or another.

Eat Love Sex….

20120621-142053.jpg

Hello. Sincere Vega from Orlando, FL here. It’s definitely been minute since I’ve submitted anything. I’ve been working on some major projects that should be dropping soon. Thanks for all of your support along this journey. “Eat Love Sex” actually comes from a dream I had last night about an adult internet encounter that had gone too far. I’m really getting back to my storytelling style on this one. It’s definitely an adult story, but you will be entertained. I’m sure you will learn some things about the artist known as Sincere Vega from this one. The story is told over Kanye West’s production for “Selfish” by Slum Village. I’m pretty sure we both consider that to be a classic beat and song.
Please have a listen. If you are entertained, which you definitely will be, toss it up on your site!! I believe in the entertainment side of the HipHop universe. I’m sure your subscribers will get a kick out of this one. It might inspire them to get a little deeper. I’ve included the mp3, as well as a downloadable soundcloud link.

Thanks, really.

Italian soda is a refreshing drink, especially perfect on a warm, sunny day.  Despite it’s name, this drink was actually invented in San Francisco’s North Beach, not in Italy.  It gets its name from the flavored syrups that originated in Italy that are used to make it.  The drink is simply flavored syrup mixed with carbonated water served in a tall glass with ice.  Add a splash of cream and it becomes an Italian cream soda or cremosa.  Either way, an Italian soda is a nice alternative to store-bought soft drinks.
