New Music Trolling

Trolling, as so may call it on Twitter, leads to discovering new music here at L3GACI. Looking for sounds from some of her favorite musicians Lageegee found new music debuted by Paper Route.

As you may have recalled, Lageegee first attended a Paper Route concert in NYC back in 2009. Quickly taking like to the band, she had the pleasure of meeting the band in 2010 and posted her experience in one of L3gaci’s first venue reviews. After some self discovery and planning Paper Route is ready to release a new album come this September. Titled “The Peace of Wild Things”, is highly anticipated by Lageegee.

Take a sneak peak of what these gentlemen from the south have been working on with their new single You and I. Another track to add to our playlist.

Stay tuned for more post about Paper Route as Lageegee is heading off to NYC Thursday June 21st to attend a small performance by them at the Mercury Lounge.

Floyd Mayweather…

Update
With Floyd being incarcerated on Fathers Day, it must be understood, he is a father first, and a pretty good one at that. His incarceration is having a profound impact on his health, and mental stability for a 80 day sentence that could have been served at his home, for a domestic charge. Please, Write a letter to Floyd: ID# 01363917, Clark County Detention Center, 330 S. Casino Center Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89101, it’s a great way to help someone through a difficult time.

Behind the spotlights and Boxing Ring, lives a Father, Friend, and Amazing community advocate. In the media, Floyd is always perceived as a dogmatic fighter, thuggish character, and cocky. The media can influence you to believe anything until the object of their attention comes forth with a different story to tell. After viewing Floyd behind the scene, we have gained a much clearer view of the Art of boxing, and the culture lifestyle that he lives. We are definitely gonna cover more on Floyd for you, as we all discover the culture lifestyle of the undisputed heavy weight boxer in the world!

JAMTOWN Dandimite

While shooting on location on the northern coast of Jamaica, filmmaker Robert Kolodny came across a small shanty town of local woodcarvers, fishermen, and craft sellers. This piece documents his short time in the community, talking to people about their island country, sharing fried fish, and indulging in a communal beer or two. The filmmaker would like to thank the community for their support and general loveliness during the shoot.

Direction, cinematography and editing by Robert Kolodny.

Additional cinematography by Adam Kolodny.

Jamtown Dandimite is a Land of Nod INC production.

Louis Vuitton Rally….

http://vimeo.com/41590715
To clearly put this….Louis Vuitton parties look like a lot of fun. Of course there is the traditional hob nob of mingling, who’s who type culture,Just add some Moët and a fast car or boat, and I’m all game. I refuse to apologize for being a lush for Moët Chandon, but nothing sets a party right , than engaging with the bubbly. I’m sure there was a couple of people who thought the same thing as I did, and some may want to think of doing other things (hint), but we were not invited……..
