The phrase “No one is illegal on stolen land” argues that it’s wrong to call migrants or undocumented people illegal because the land they’re standing on was originally taken from Indigenous peoples.
This new orchestrated campaign, used by migrants and incorporated citizens of America, is a tool to undermine and discredit our indigenous culture. But it’s not new, just repackaged! Indigenous Americans were classified from Indian to African American for decades by the United States Corporation! when you allow others to classify you, you give them power to undermine you and take from you without compensation! The world utilizes indigenous Americans ingenuity, Arts and culture everywhere but don’t credit or want to restore our land to us, because they can’t be in existence without us!
Step by step:
Before modern countries existed, Indigenous peoples lived on and governed their land. Colonization involved conquest, treaties made under pressure, and forced removals. Modern borders and immigration laws were created after that land was taken. So , when you hear the slogan , it claims that if the land itself was acquired unjustly, then enforcing strict borders against newcomers is morally inconsistent is wrong! The very people who carry this belief do not respect the indigenous people! The people who branded this slogan are not indigenous! The incorporated citizens who enforce this belief are not indigenous!
In short:
Incorporated citizens and Illegal immigrants utilize this racist and ethnic cleansing strategy to benefit from and erase our history and culture . They are strategically saying, we indigenous people of America, can’t morally exclude people from our land that was taken from us in which was governed by us, but we must allow them the same rights as the colonizer to stand on our backs , erase our culture and communities, look down upon us as unworthy lazy people, until the United States Corporation turns against them!
